Carmel Valley Estate
When we first visited our client's property, a gently rolling, eight-acre parcel in Carmel Valley, we were inspired by its pastoral beauty. Dotted with stately oaks, and nestled against a backdrop of verdant mountainside, the site and the locale reminded us of the hills of rural Tuscany.

Mi Sueño
The house known as "Mi Sueño", or "My Dream", was once the grand dame of the Pasadena Arroyo. Mi Sueño was a masterful re-interpretation of Spanish Baroque and Spanish Colonial architecture, conceived by famed architect Bertram Goodhue while he was the lead designer for the 1915 Panama-California Exposition, located in San Diego's Balboa Park.
Crescent Drive
The challenges of this property were apparent from the first visit to the site. The flat portion of the parcel was occupied by an undistinguished 1950's vintage house, and the rest of the land sloped steeply to the east into a small canyon, seemingly unusable. But the view was extraordinary!
Kip Drive
Inspired by luxurious villas of Tuscany, this home which sits on a 7-acre property with panoramic views from downtown LA to Santa Monica Bay, has been reinterpreted for a Southern California lifestyle.
Beverly Park Estate
Conceived as an extension of the Southern California Spanish Colonial Revival legacy this residence consists of a series of villa-like structures, courtyards, loggias and amenities for a young family. The architecture, gardens and site features are marked by the prodigious use of smooth plaster wall finishes, low-pitched clay tile shed roofs, and terracotta and cast concrete ornaments.
Edge Hill Winery
Established in 1867, Edge Hill was the first significant three-level, gravity-fed winery in Napa Valley, and by 1880, it was one of the four wineries responsible for over half of the Valley’s wine production.
